Flat to rent in The Lake District

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask or if anyone can help me?

My Aunt has a two double room flat to rent in Bowness-on-Windemere in the Lake District,
Where is the best place to rent it out for holiday lets, or is it best to put a website together or just get an agent to do it all for you

If so can anyone give me some ideas of what to do

Have a look on the Laymyhat forum: www.laymyhat.com There's loads of people on there who own holiday cottages all over Europe.

Having recently hired a cottage in Ambleside, has she enquired with Heart of the Lakes, Cumbrian Cottages and Lakelovers? They are the three "big" cottage companies up there. You may get a bit advice from what they expect in a property for letting.
