Best thing with OR's always tell the truth & hope for the best"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."
All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0 -
Oh well...let them try to take it I say..... I think they will have a difficult job if they can't prove how you did or didn't pay for it and it is registered in someone else's name.
How can they prove it?
Just stand firm and confident on the matter if and when questioned on it.
IT'S NOT YOUR CAR AND YOU DIDN'T BUY IT! .......Catch my drift?0 -

They don't have to prove it, the burden is on YOU to prove it "Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

Then I guess you will have to vehemently protest that you didn't pay for it.
There will be many questionable instances at the OR's interview, such as where you spent all the money. Not everyone will have accounts for every penny, otherwise we'd all be !!!!!!ed. Just be confident if questioned about it.0 -

Just be confident if questioned about it.
Hope that helps

Ok, well can Bluebell72's OH sign the car over to his mum or Bluebell72? If the car was only worth £1600 surely by now, in today's car market, would it be worth £1000 or less, and if so, would the OR take an interest?0

Not that I want to incriminate anyone of course...It's just a thought...0

Really bad idea
That will look like disposing of an asset
If Bluebell sold it for 1k OR would want to see where the cash went ?"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."
