Intercontinental hotels family and friends discount - open to everyone

Just a heads up that Intercontinental hotels have been in touch with us, to say that MSEers can have access to their special friends & family discount offers, until May 31st 2009.

I’m just doing some research on this for the weekly email, to see what kind of deals are out there, but it looks good. Also includes Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels.

Anthony Bainbridge works at Head Office as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Intercontinental Hotels.

As I said in my first post, we don't get anything for each booking, although each hotel is "racing" and is rated against each other. Obviously I'm a little biased but if you'd like to help me and my reception team at Express by Holiday Inn Oxford please consider using my friends and family link, or check my post with other rates, as Two-for-one or Leisure Saver may be cheaper than Friends and Family rate. Thank you .

Jenny I'm confused. Why is this being portrayed as something new? A viable friends and family link for IHC, apparently with IHC's permission has been available in this forum for over a month now courtesy of Obukit .

It is still working, I booked via a Friends and Family link last week, no probs. Been confirmed on flyertalk that its still working too.
