Hi everyone,
I've written to Lloyds TSB and included I'm in financial difficulty. They have just written back explaining how everything is on hold etc, etc. What should I do now?

I sent of the first and second letter, but added a section on the bottom stating that I wanted the bank to consider my claim as I was in hardship.
I ended up phoning the bank and had Income and Expenditure forms sent out to me. That was 10 days ago and I am still waiting for a response. Hopefully I will hear soon.0
