Hi
Sorry for being totally ignorant, but is there anyone who can help?
I installed The Sims 2 on our pc for my daughter and it was running fine for weeks. We have Vista and Kaspersky for security etc.
At the week-end we added The Glamour Life Stuff add on and now neither will work. I have tried to uninstall both and start again, but it won't let me - it says something like the disc is still in use, BUT IT'S NOT! ARhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I tried for ages on Saturday but had no success, the helpline is 85p a minute, which I may have to resort to, but am I doing something really simple wrong? Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Try uninstalling them both using revo
Download REVO UNINSTALLER (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')

Thank you - do I just download this to my pc and then try to uninstall as usual. Will this overide the prompt that keeps coming up saying 'programme is in use, close', when it is not in use at all if you see what i mean? Thanks in advance0

No ~ use REVO to uninstall. Theres several options so try the basics then progressively try the more aggressive options:idea:0
