After having problems with mamma's & Pappa's delivering my sons new mattresses. I sent an emial to customer feedback via there website.
I actually had a call back today... full of appolgy for the problems we had and saying they would be sending the boys (i have 4month old twins) a selection of gifts within the next 7 days.:j
I am soo impressed not to get the generic email back !!!!
