dodgy bank charge refunds

Has anyone had a phone call from an asian sounding man claiming to be Paul Wilson?The number is 006456821450 and seems to be a number from the west pacific area of the world.He asked if i remembered the overdraft charge and bounced cheque charge of 30 and 35 pounds.He said he worked for a law firm and had some good news for me.I have never had either of these charges,i think the next he would have asked for my bank details.I hope no one has fallen for this what appears to be a scam.let me know cheers
