how can i find out the company director details - to make a complaint

this is on behalf of my sister (and other members of my family), they want to send a recorded letter of complaint to the company director of

an online travel company

they recently paid to go on a trip to spain - and due to unforseen circumstances they had to come back early, there are several mitigating circumstances..... which i wont go into.

but they have tried to speaking CS person at the company without much success...... ie doesnt call back, doesnt respond to emails.

so i was wondering how i can find out the name/s of the company directors..


if someone could tell me where to search or even search for me, i will give them the company name via PM

Companies House will show you the directors names.

You might have to pay £2 for companies house. There is no harm in naming the company here though, you havn't gone into details so go for it.

Be aware the directors will just forward it their customer services. If you make a post trip complaint (and they are ABTA) they have to respond within 28 days. However, you have to put it in writing (send by recorded delivery). This is the only way many companies will deal with you, as it has to be in writing (phone calls and customer complaints are a recipe for disaster, so companies insist on it being in writing). Go down this path first.

i have used the search thru companies house, but no other details are available!

any where else i can look?

its still at the enquiry stage, but seeing as they (my sister n co) had been given emergency numbers to sue, and when they tried no one answered....that is the least of the issues - at the moment

It looks like they are no longer trading and they have several CCJs against them.
