Zonealarm and windows Update Problem

Hi techy's :hello:

I got a problem with my computer , basically i had to do a recovery yesterday hence putting everything back on including updates.

I downloaded all the updates and restarted but the funny thing is when i try to install zonealarm it still says can't install , please upgrade to Vista SP1.

Also , I noticed that during the restart all it said was configuring updates and did not give number or stage number ..... It just said configuring updates and it done it quite fast , it usually takes quite a while.........

So obviously SP1 did not install and it has not appeared in my updates again for me to download so what should i do

Now i have no SP1 and currently no firewall

Vista has it's own firewall, and so do routers, keep running windowsupdate until sp1 downloads.
