calling 0845 from Germany

Hi, I live in Germany at the mo due to husbands job.I need to call UK regularly for banking/mobile bill matters and have a package with Deutsche T-Mobile where I get calls to UK for 4euros a mth but this does not include business numbers eg 0845...do you have any numbers I could use that you can ring to override the extortionate cost of calling UK business numbers?
Thank you for your help with this.
Emz.

Say No 0870 is always worth a look, also an internet search might find a more suitible number even if it is the wrong department, just ask to be put through.:D
