breakdown insurance EU 60 days plus

We spend 6-8weeks in France camping each year. My car insurance includes Breakdown insurance but for only 30 consecutive days in the EU. Anyone recommend ......

A Norwich Union Policy through a broker (It has to be through a broker not direct), automatically includes RAC Breakdown Cover in Europe upto 90 days any one trip free of charge as wells as green card cover free of charge. (With NU through a broker you pay if you want the RAC cover in the UK)

My brother and his wife used a company called International Breakdown when they were househunting in Spain and France. And they needed them too. Their poor ancient van died in Spain and so was not recovered but their trailer tent was brought back to England and they were provided with a hire car to get themselves back again.

thanks but sureley there are lots of you (teachers especially) that spend longer than a month in Europe, just wanted a normal breakdown service with up to 2 months in the EU
