I'm am going to have to spend today but am going to venture into a local farm shop for my veg for teh weekend instead of Tesco, armed with a list so I don't stray and the prices those items would be in Tesco so that I can do a proper comparison. The biggest advantage will be that I am assuming that teh famr shop won't have a rail of 'bargain' clothes that I don't need to tempt me LOL0

6 free range eggs, 5 peppers, bunch of celery, bulb of fennel, bag of cherry toms, bag of normal toms, 6 big potatoes, punnet of strawberries, 4 satsumas, a pineapple, 4 carrotts, big piece of ginger, 2 bulbs of garlic, 5 courgettes, a cabbage, a brocolli, 2 leeks and a red onion.
The same on tesco.com is £16.75 - yay :T0 -
I spent £7.95 on birthday pressie for DD's friend - party today,

:j Hooray! Cleaned my own car instead of paying the usual fiver to get it cleaned. Have arranged to go to the piccies tonight but have got voucher to get 1 adult in free!
(Will have to remember to set video for skating on ice - GO STEPHAN!)
It's lovely & sunny now so think me & the sprogs will go to the park x0 -
Spent 15.01 on diesal, 64p on e-bay postage.
Made 20 quid babysitting last night, working tonight at 2nd job for some cash too!Became debt free in 2007 after having £15k of debt. Have been a stranger to MSE and now want to get back into my old MSE habits and save, save, save0 -
Dear MSEs I have sinned!
The week started out really well until...
Thursday: £67.97 on a new top, handbag and 3 CDs I've wanted for ages
Friday: £50.00 on a night out (first one since 3rd Feb mind!)
Saturday: £47.50 on a new perfume and some bits and pieces in Boots
Strictly speaking these have come out of my bonus from work so have not affected my budget but I still feel a bit guilty :embarasseHoliday Savings = £270.00Credit Card = -£903.41Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 400 - Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsLast Update 23rd October 20070
