    Hey,

What will your earnings be for yourself (in 09/10) and will your partner recieve just smp? Your tax credits will increase for 1 year due to baby element when you have new baby. If you are the higher earner and your total household income will still be above around £25k then your tax credits will just double for that first year to around £1095 (your current entitlement should be around £547.50). How much you will recieve will be dependant on this. If you only get basic tax credits then recovery will remain at 100%.
