I contacted Ayrton Moon regarding the number of trials they sent me which were subsequently full up by the time I accessed the website (considering I am online between 9-5 and on a swift boradband connection). I got what read like a standard mail back saying that they have a large database and sometimes the trials fill up very quickly.
Basically its luck of the draw and there doesn't seem to be any reason to it. They are not useful when you contact them even when it is in their interest.
Access the website monthly if you can and make sure you are always up to date. Other than that I'm not sure what to suggest :(

I signed up with these guys about 18 months ago and I have done loads of trials. I am doing 3 at the moment anti bacterial house hold wipes, hand cream and eye make up remover. Have already tested loads including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tissues moisturiser cleanser and toner. It does help if you keep you profile up to date and as soon as you get an invite to a trial sign up immediately otherwise you won't get anything.

Yes I have done this but I have a problem. Even though I have completed it, it is still available for me to do, is this the norm?? I have contacted Ayton Moon regarding this but have heard nothing.

Can anyone shine any light on the above???

Yes they don't seem very forthcoming in replying to messages  Have you checked through every one thoroughly, you may have missed one little thing, if not then good luck with some answeres from them.

Hi Hitchins - sorry, didn't see your post! Don't worry, the questionnaire will still be available to you even when you've completed it. However, it should make a difference to the number of trials you get invited to join :)

Woohoo! I've just got on to my first EVER trial in the 2 years I've been a member - normally they're full up, but this time it was a bit strange - I got a separate email saying 'there are 10 places left, if you'd like to join sign up this afternoon' and that has never happened before.

I assume they're looking for a very specific kind of volunteer, like a pregnant woman or something? Sooooooo excited!!!

    What is your age group?

I love cosmetics - although I am 54 - which might be a little TOO old for them.
