    Iron? What's that? :rotfl:
    Hope you are feeling better Mozzy - that drippy nose thing is h o r r i b l e

Pigpen know how you feel - I could have slept in this morning as dd at her dads and I don't need to give her a lift to the station but of course I then woke up really early (having gone to bed at 3 in anticipation of my lie in!)

Feel good that I rejoined yesterday and got started - and was lovely to wake up in a tidy and clean bedroom. I will be playing catch up this week with the list but have quite alot of time today so am cautiously optimistic (as long as I can mangage to keep myself off here!)

Took the stuff out of the cupboard under the sink last night (so couldn't find an excuse not do do it today!) so that's the first job.

    Happy flying everyone :hello:

Valli - Nicki is poorly at the moment with a throat infection so won't be doing any flying.

Sarah - glad you're having a nice time and being pampered.

Washing is now on the line, WM reloaded, dishes put away, rubbish out, kids fed, Gemma fed, that's about it I think.

Morning everyone. I didn't get to post in last night as yesterday was one of those days for us. I think I could explain it best when I met up with an old friend who asked me how old my middle son was, when I said fifteen, she ( who had raised four sons) said " Oh, dear"........

Anyway here is my Tuesday list:

Tuesday twinkles! - Living room, hall and stairs!
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter and vacuum![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Spend half an hour doing something for yourself! .. make yourself a hair appointment or something![/STRIKE] ~ watched second half of football last night with a cup of tea and large blanket :D
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Wipe sofas[/STRIKE]
    Wa[STRIKE]sh windows
    [/STRIKE]
dust and deweb!.. don't forget furry skirtings!
    Level three
[STRIKE]Wash any soft furnishings that need doing[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Vacuum right the way up the stairs!
    [/STRIKE]
Sort through coats n bags n shoes etc

Hmm looking at this I am not so very far off a star...should I go for it this morning and get one.....sigh ....decisions decisions

Morning everyone, really must do some catch up on the lists this morning. TD and WM on so far but that is it (again). Thanks for the best wishes on the interview - it isn't until next Friday.

Lots of family due on Sunday so need to do some tidying for that and think about a menu. 10 people for lunch! Thinking maybe feta, watermelon and pistachio salad for a starter, rib of beef for a main and then caramel cheesecake and a meringue roulade for a dessert. I like cooking but I am not very good at balancing the menu. Decisions, decisions. Doesn't help that I will have to shop for it with my little helpers.

    Morning everyone,

Sorry I didn't get back on here yesterday - had a very busy day. I left home at around 11am, and wasn't home until gone 5pm. Went round to my Mum's, put up her washing, took my Mum to the hospital, pushed her around Waitrose in a wheelchair to get my Nan's shopping, took her home to make her lunch, took her to my Nan's with the shopping, watered my Nan's plants, took the compost out, helped my Nan unpack her shopping, rushed out to the pharmacy to buy my Nan's soap which she'd forgotten to tell us about, before coming home, then going out to dinner at MIL's after that.

So, I need to finish off yesterday's list, as well as doing today's. It's still sunny here, so will get some of my own washing done and put out I hope. Kitchen is a mess as there is washing up to do on every surface, so will need to do that before anything on the list.

    HHC 9.45-10.15 anyone?

Good luck with the application rach, and good luck with your interviews Hex and 83rach.

Off to copy today's list into word.
