- Free unlimited entry to the Gardens (except for special events and on Christmas Day).
- Accompanied children, under the age of 18, visiting the Gardens with Friends of Ness Gardens members are admitted free of charge.
- Discount on a number of selected lectures, courses and events.
- Free entry (currently at the discretion of the owners) to Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Glasshouses, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and Wakehurst Place.
- Free seeds from an extensive list derived from plants grown in the Gardens.
