Hi Frankie - there's quite a selection of bulk wild flower seeds here:

I get quite a lot of my seeds here and find them very helpful

    Cheers, Jeff

  • gosh I didnt realise some seed would be sooooooo expensive, 1kg = hundreds of pounds, may need to re-think this one

Try the National Wildflower Centre near Liverpool:

Beautiful place for a trip out, BTW.

What sort of area are you going to cover with a bulk amount?

Could you buy several small packets of seed and let the first years lot go wild and seed themselves?

Frankie, what is your aim. i bought some large bags of seeds 2 years ago (10kg or 20kg) they wernt cheap but will need to hunt to find supplier. also have you thought about putting a post in the wanted section, T&M did some free seeds a month or so ago, 20 packets and in there was some wild seeds, maybe some people only wanted the veg and will send you the unused flowers, the flowers were poppies , teasels & cornflowers.

found the people i bought my green manure from, http://www.cotswoldseeds.com/greenmanures.htm £7 kg if you want some im in brandon and travel to yarmouth quite a bit, could let you have a kilo of red clover and same of mustard. i will also be at sprowston manor on april 13th. pm if you want some

thank you very much, I am not really sure but what we need, I know what I like to look of, poppies and daisies etc. we have a bank that would look nice with some wild flowers, as its not a well maintained area. Something pretty and easy to grow, the bank is crawling with ivy so something nice to withstand any strangulation.
