Hi all
Has anyone else had any problems with primus the last couple days, we have been unable to make any calls by direct dialing every call we make is engage. We have been
able to make some calls by routing via BT with 1280 as a prefix but not all worked this way, i did find a contact number for primus and was told to prefix calls using 1457 but that does not work . By trying 18866, 1899, 18185 or BT's !280 some calls work but not all the time. Has anybody else had any trouble with primus recently any help would be welcome.
Regards Hue Jarse

are you paying your line rental to primus"Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0

We've got the same problem. You dial a number and just get the engaged tone which often starts before you've finished dialling. It started late yesterday afternoon. I googled Primus and found out that Primus Telecommunications Group Inc filed for bankruptcy in the US on 16th March so perhaps they've gone under.0
