Hi everyone & welcome back. If this has already been started please delete/move it as appropriate. I had a look back to Thursday & couldn't find anything. This week we are having:

Tuesday - Twice Baked Potatoes & Beans

Wednesday - Sweet & Sour Chicken & Rice

Thursday - Steak/Chicken Kiev, Wedges & Salad

Friday - Cheese & Onion Tart, Chips & Peas

Saturday - Carrot, Red Pepper, Lentil & Tomato Soup, Naan Breads followed by Choc Easter Cake :D

Sunday - Roast Gammon, Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans & Gravy

Breakfasts: Cereal, Toast, Porridge, Yoghurt, Smoothies or Fruit

Lunches (School Hols): Things on Toast, Sandwiches, Soup, Hoummus & Veg Sticks, Crackers & Cheese or Pate & Cheesy Pasta (made with leftovers)

Snacks: Twinks, Victoria Sandwich Cake, Fruit Cake, Crisps (only 1 bag per day per child :rotfl:) Yoghurts or anything from the lunch or breakfast menu.

I cook everything from scratch & am going to have a go a naan's this week too or chapatti's as I saw a recipe on here last week :T

    Here we go:

Sunday: Homemade Lasagne with garlic bread and extra veggies
    Monday: Spanish Omelette
Tuesday: At Mum's and she's doing a yummy chicken casserole
Wednesday: Sweet and Sour Chicken with Noodles (already in the freezer, waiting to defrost :D )
Thursday: Jacket Potatoes with Beans and Bacon
Friday: Potentially doing a buffet as family up, but if not then meatballs with bacon and tomato pasta
Saturday: As above, could either be Friday or Saturday
Sunday: Roast Chicken with all the trimmings. If it turns out we're going out anywhere, then I'll make sure there are some nice bread rolls in and griddle some chicken breasts for some tasty hot chicken sandwiches - perfect with a dollop of mayo and some salad!

Snacks are dried and fresh fruit (a lovely new addition to our household as DH2B decided he prefers it to biscuits - yay!), and lunches will be sandwiches or leftovers from the previous night's meal. I'm also hoping to make some low-fat apricot cake bars and some low-fat banana muffins, too! We're on a real health kick getting ready for the wedding. :)

    Have a good week, everyone

    Hi all,

T: Take away because a friend is leaving (her choice)

    W: HM singapore chow mein

T: Chickpea curry and brown rice

F: Wholemeal spaghetti matriciana anda big side salad

S: Dinner at friends house so at their mercy
