My shares or my funds into new ISA?

Could somone advise me if I would be better off putting some of my shares, ETF's or some of my unit trusts into the new tax years ISA. I am a 54 year old male, do not pay HR tax and do not need to touch the money for 5 years or more. Thanks.

Why? my point was which of my current investments would be best served in the tax shelter. The risk aspect applies wether the investment is either inside or outside of an ISA surely.
