    Hi Maz, I power walk, see I can do that a doodle when you talk about running my body goes into some sort of total rejection. I had to run for the bus today :eek: at least I didnt have a fit untill I was on the bus :rotfl:


    honestly my running is so slow, i'd be quicker walking!!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
