    Greeetings!!!!

    how are y'all!?!?!?

Hope everyone had a nice weekend?

I have been active, won't bore you 'cept to say i did my 6 mile run yesterday afternoon with runchum rachel, it was not too bad, can't say i was feeling it really... then midway thru it began to rain really heavy and the last 3miles were a misery.... but we figured as bad as it was, it was as well to keep running, as walking it would only make it slower! We came in 1hr 14mins.....

Pap, i can't even run 3.5miles in 35minutes, so you must walk pretty fast... or else i run very very slow... well we know that already!!!

Sammy well done one your 10k! sounds like a challenging course so don't go getting down on yerself missus!!!!

I've got my argument ready for tomorrow........;)

My dad was slim all his life. I reckon his was a skinny person's heart attack. By staying fat, I'm actually preventing it happening to me.

What do you reckon? Will they buy it :D
