EBay buyer not paid - how long do you wait?

Hiya.

Don't sell much on ebay, but always been straight forward so don't know what to do now. Help appreciated before boards go down.

Sold a BIN item on Tuesday 31/3 and sent an invoice to the buyer straight away, but they still haven't paid. How long do I wait for them to pay? And if they don't,what next?

THanks for help.

They have 7 days to pay, after that you can open a non payment dispute.

It is a bit of a nusiance at the moment as of course anyone who pays after tomorrow morning will incur us sellers in more postage fees. I have a buyer at the moment, bought on Tuesday and appparently can't pay until next Tuesday which means an extra 10p postage I have to pay as I didn't build any extra in to my auctions that finished this week.

Still can't be helped and luckily it is only 10p.

I beleive eBay actually allow you to increase the postage costs after the items ended when you send an invoice, so my advice is if payment hasnt been received before Mondy send a new invoice with the new postal charges!

You can't increase it though just because the rates have gone up, buyer can pay the original invoice as there is nothing that can be done.
