Hello,
I have a robot vacuum, to be honest its really is VERY good.
BUT..... I have a harsh environment, lots of cats, dogs and rabbits.. so it breaks downs.
When it breaks down its always the same part, the part is known as the CHM.
I phone a number
give them my serial number
they send me new CHM
I fit it.
I do this every 2-3months.
My 1 year warranty has run out and I suspect my new CHM is about to break, as the CHM is only about 70 days old is this still under warranty?
Thanks
Steve
