Hehehe, the inspection's over...I think we did ok thankfully. At least I got some tidying done so it's a bit less to do when the time to move out does come.0

glad it went ok Flick. Our previous inspections we've never been in for and we always passed (somehow - you could *never* see the housemate's floor in her room!) but when we left the agency from our last move, they actually told us that most of the time they only check to make sure nothings damaged as mess is something that generally doesn't break stuff and when they checked our place it took them 2-3 minutes tops as they aren't allowed in cupboards or drawers, just things on show, which surprised me..
gerturdeanna - how about telling us what sort of thing you like and see if anyone can recommened some artists perhaps?
