ah please dont talk food yet, I am still at work for another hr, by the time I get home it will br 6.15, chuck something in oven, quick veg stir fry I may be eating by 7pm but swimming for beth so have to take and pick her up, so wait for it another drink free day for me!!!!

Mmm food... sorry cathy but I'm starving! Am doing a prawn risotto with red onion, red pepper, mushrooms, peas and corn tonight. Really gonna be good this week... started by drinking loads of water/squash today - but actually been drinking loads of water on holiday, more than normal, so at least that's one good thing!

Ohhh I want indian for tea too, had pizza hut last night though.. although it was yukky so wont be getting take away from there again!!

I cant believe Millie is still hyper after a day out at the seaside, she should be shattered lol!!
