WiiFit has definitely helped me. Won mine at the start of February, it's helped me loose just under a stone since then, which has now made my total since March last year 4 stone 3lbs :D though I must admit, I jog for about 60 minutes per day, 5-6 days a week.. minimum!:eek:

mmmmmmmm Ben and Jerrys :D they've released Phish Food as their frozen yoghurt range and it's just as nice, less calories (slightly) and hardly any fat! mmm! I think Choc Fudge Brownie's my favourite :D:D:D

Once i finally win a Wii ( and wii fit would be nice!lol) then i will go a bit more all out on the get fit thing.... have a good few stone to lose!! and well done gemma and your weight loss! thats amazing! :D :T
I can only please one person a day.... Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either!!
very greatful for almost everything i read on MSE (except for the nasties!)

lol Mr Drink is going to slap me - I can't stop "brumming" the song from this advert: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GStcrh43yXQ (Audi Q5 advert)

When I met MrD I was 2 stone less than I am now, and I went on a huge diet and lost around 2 stone.... in the last 10 years I've yoyoed upwards 4 stone.... (or 4st7-5 if I'm more truthful!)

Can't believe how much that Peroni stuff sold for on Ebay - the bowls were selling for over £10 too.

There was me counting each Peroni thing as £1 in my spreadsheet - could have got my £2008 quicker!

I've only ever sold 1 win on Ebay and that was a club music CD that Roboform entered by mistake. But when you see the price the Peroni stuff seems to go for it's very tempting to sell them :rotfl:
