hmmm
a dilema
my friends get married this weekend
for personal reasons I won't share, hardly any of their friends are attending
and I totally only just thought of sending a card, to at least show some lovin'
do I send a "on your wedding day" one (knowing they wont be at that address on the day so would be late - if not a week or so) or a "congratulations" type one, which is a little less weddingy, but probably more appropriate as I can send it afterwards and they get it on their return?
I'm thinking option 2, but would you be offended by that if you were the married couple?Best wins since June 08: 2xNikonD60, 2xBrothers Cider, £330 SwanJackpot, £100 Garden Vs, £50 Espirit V, £750 BigSnap2, Wiifit, zoo tix, 7xCadburys, 5xGlamour, IOWTix, Dell Laptop, 3xIpodNano, £100 Highstreet Vs, Digi VideoCamera and more small bits, REAL DEAL £2400! :jRIP Dad 1943-20090 -

Gemma, either would be fine:D I'm sure they will be delighted to get a card and know that you are thinking of them x:AIt matters not how long a stars shines ,what is remembered is the brightness of it's light.
JAN Battle attacks cars, 3 VIP althletics tickets, fairtrade choccy .... yum
Thanks to all posters xxxx0 -
Gemma, I say Option 2; if they were that bothered, they'd have invited you. And it seems maybe they're not so popular so should be grateful.0

Flick, that's not the situation at all - it's personal reasons on their behalf - they're having to rush the wedding through due to family illness - they were due to have a lavish affair next year but for this reason they've changed plans
It's not our personal reasons but theirs
and thanks everyone, I think option 2 it isBest wins since June 08: 2xNikonD60, 2xBrothers Cider, £330 SwanJackpot, £100 Garden Vs, £50 Espirit V, £750 BigSnap2, Wiifit, zoo tix, 7xCadburys, 5xGlamour, IOWTix, Dell Laptop, 3xIpodNano, £100 Highstreet Vs, Digi VideoCamera and more small bits, REAL DEAL £2400! :jRIP Dad 1943-20090 -
