This is night 2 of DD in her new bed... and last night she was up till about 12:30 but tonight.... it's 2 and she is still awake and STILL screaming ive given in now and given her some juie and told her to read books but its just exhausting... and we're trying not to give in to her but she NEVER ever shreaks like she is at the moment... its hard to tell if she's being defiant or if its part of her Autism or if she is poorly... ( she doesnt seem to be)

It might just be shes not used to her new bed...maybe she doesn't like change.
Try giving her favourite toy/blanket, so she feels safe/secure.
Or lie next to her until she gets to sleep.

lol if i got in her bed it'd break. and ur right she hates change and we knew it would be hard, but we've been preparing her for it for weeks!!

she in our room with DH now... She doesnt like sleepin in with us so i doubt she'll fall asleep but at least shes not crying anymore

She'll fall asleep once shes tired...so maybe you could move her to her own bed once shes asleep.
And for tomorow, maybe you could try putting her to bed in the daytime for a few hours nap, and then gradually make the time longer.

Oh god....I really pick my moments....I found half my shopping from yesterday stolen AGAIN so I went and tore into my housemate's friends and it turns out they're all really upset cos he had a fit and is in hospital...I didn't believe them either but it seems to be true.

Flickering - I don't think they'd lie about that, espesh if they seemed upset too!
Don't worry about it...they probably won't remember you having a go at them tomorow...if this really is true!
