Only if something goes seriously wrong with it :?)
Does the cover include accidental damage? as a broken screen would cost far more to repair that the cost of the cover.
Most computer go wrong in the first few weeks, rather than two years down the line. Personally I wouldn't bother.Welcome, rogerramjet.

Extended warranties are very rarely good value. They are what most salespeople and companies use to boost their commission/profits.
You may want to check your household insurance to see if it can be added to the cover.0 -
Hi
Dell phoned me and offered me the same deal for my desktop pc, I declined the offer, if anything went wrong with it, I don't beleive it would cost that much to fix.
And for me it wasn't a extra 3 years, as I already have a 1yr warranty, so in effect it was for 2yrs.
Hope this helps0 -
On the other flip to not getting the cover, I know someone who bought a laptop from comet for Christmas and took out the cover...a few days later he was using it and put it down by the side of his sofa, his son came in, didn't see it and stepped on it breaking the screen. In his case the cover was a godsend as they fixed it in a few days.Welcome, rogerramjet.
