- The prize is for a three-night break to the Yorkshire Dales between 1st May 2009 and 17th December 2009, with exclusion periods of high season dates. See website for list of dates
- Accommodation is subject to availability
- The prize is non-transferable and the winner must travel. Dates must be confirmed at least three weeks in advance.
- Residences sleep up to six adults and may be used for any combination of adults and children, as long as children aged under 18 are accompanied by a responsible adult
- Holiday insurance is not included in the prize
- Transport to and from the destination is at the winner's own cost
