Postmaster undelivered email says nonlocal address

I have been assured that this email address is correct and they have also tested it in the office its supposed to be going to and they say its working but I just keep getting postmaster undelivered mail nonlocal address

Is there anything I can do to get it right?

If you are trying to send an email from the outside world into a company email system, it sounds as though their incoming email gateway is configured not to permit inbound emails to that email address.

If that's the case - and it is quite commonly done in corporate email systems - there's nothing you can do without contacting the company IT dept and asking them to change the gateway settings.
