blocked bidder list

Just had the bidder from hell they called me a liar said i hadnt posted there item sent me loads n loads of emails every day and didnt even seem to read the emails i sent them back properly.

So how do i add someone to my blocked bidder list?

    Steady on... did they pay with paypal? Have you resolved the situation? You want to be sure it's not going to come back and bite you in the bum first!

    yeh they paid with paypal i have refunded them. I am expecting my first eva neg off them but owell

    There package got lost in the post they wanted a refund three days after posting i explained that postage can take longer than that and they should give it a few more days but got rude replies like thanks for wasting my time and things like that

    just recieved the neg i was expecting in it they have wrote fraud and that i never posted there item which i did i have the proof of postage.
    I no i cant get the neg removed but can i get the fraud removed

    Just leave a polite follow up, explaining that the item WAS posted, and that you refunded.

    Just leave factual feedback saying that the item was lost in transit and a full refund was given.

    You'll find that one neg' makes no difference at all to your selling.

    thanks my % is still 99.4 when i just checked so its not 2 bad they have been a nightmare from the start

    Given the attitude they displayed to you, Tthey probably did get the item, its just they never had to sign for it. Not much you can do about that but you should be able to claim the money back from RM.
