AIG Website problems?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the AIG website? I recently had a quote from them and am now ready to proceed, however even after putting in the correct references in the 'retrieve my quote' box, I am unable to get the quote to show.
Also I filled in everything again, and went to 'proceed to buy in instalments' but the pop up box to fill in direct debit details wouldn't appear, so I couldn't continue!
I really don't want to phone them as I am going through Quidco for cashback and as I understand, it will not pay if I contact them directly!

    Not a good idea to retrieve a quote via quidco. Lots of problems reported, especially over buying insurance not getting properly tracked.

    Clear cookies and start from scratch, get a new quote then buy the policy all in the same transaction.

    why would you buy from AIG werent they bailed out?
    not a good idea to take out insurance with a company who doesnt insure themselves.
