TD Waterhouse site-slow...?

Any other users noticed this? I think the server/feed needs upgrading. The site seems to have slowed of late and is glitchy and problematic. also it sometimes logs me out.

Not good for efficient and timely trading. I've emailed them.

    Yes it's always pretty slow, but particularly bad this am, obviously they are the black sheep of the TD family. ;)

    I have had trouble logging in due to slowness the last few days... Shame as I realy like it otherwise...

    Possibly, possibly not, depends how many, how far in the red, nothing to stop someone opening another broker and closing out over time.

  • If the site is slow, you can ring up, and place the trade over the phone and say you want the web rate as the site is slow and this is the only way to do the trade.
