How Often can you Switch

Is there a predetermined period that you have to be with a compnay before you can switch again (like we did last summer ;) )

Or is it just a case of doing it when it suits you ?

    Each 'switch' takes a month to become effective so that works as a dis-incentive in itself, but reviewing your options every 6-9 months is no bad thing.
