I was married in Vegas in a Nicholas Millington dress. It looked so expensive on the photos when in reality I had gotten it half price in the sale! Bargain. Admittedly I only wore it the once for about an hour but I still love it and it is nice thick quality and looks like something you would get from a wedding store.
I got there - I'm debt free and intend to stay that way. If I haven't got the cash, it doesn't get bought. It's as simple as that.

    Hi,

I got married last year and wore a Nicholas Millington Dress. I bought mine from good old e-bay though for the bargain price of £50! it was new with tags etc too :D . When I bought it, they were still for sale on the Littlewoods website for £250.00.

I was very pleased with the quality of the dress.

If you want to have a nosey at my dress, here are 2 pics :o (the small veil was from e-bay too :o;) )

I personally could not justify spending loads and loads of money on a dress.

Those dresses look MUCH better in the flesh than they do on the websites.

Have a look at eBay, there are a couple of sellers who have them brand new, from £50.

Guess who got hers from there a couple of weeks ago which was brand new with tags? ;)

£49.99 for the dress & £13.99 postage and that was special delivery (which actually cost £20 to post!)

I'm not saying which one I have, but it's been posted on this thread ;) (Can't say incase OH has a sneaky peek on here)

and do you know what, he bought a new suit to get married in (which cost a LOT more than my dress  ) and then ended up getting married in his shorts and a shirt as he couldn't handle the heat (we got married in St Lucia)

Good luck with the dress hunting!
