Ways to save on travel (and maybe earn some helping others)

I have been thinking of ways to cut down on my outgoings since my work hours have been reduced as a result of the economic downturn

One of the biggest costs I had was travel.... when looking to cut down, I considered swapping my car for the bus...... that was until I came across a website called www . park4cheap . co . uk (MSE will not let me posts links as a new member so just enter the the website with no spaces to access the site)

I am now renting someone'e driveway (minutes away from Bromley, the town I work in) through Park4cheap for a fraction of the cost.

I also happen to live near another major town (Croydon) and Park4cheap found a commuter who now rents my driveway mon fri!

They save me £40 per month on my parking and I earn about £70 per month from renting my space out - so all in all, I am up £110 per month
Hope this helps!
