Buying an adult ticket

Hi there,

Is it okay to buy an adult plane ticket for a 15 year old at Ryanair?

Cheers,

Jake

    Yes and No!

If the child is travelling before 1st October then he/she can travel unaccompanied although I think you should book over the phone so they know it's a child. A parent/guardian must be at the airport for check in and to sign an indemnity form. From October 1st under 16s cannot travel unaccompanied. See here for details:

As fifeken said, though you can book online - there's no need to tell them if the child is 14 or over.
