Please help,is this a scam ?

Can anyone help,my son bought protein bars from this website,he paid £110 from his bank card,the website states that it takes 3 - 14 working days to be delivered,he waited for the 14 days then to discover the website has no phone no to contact them only a email address,
i have told him to go straight to the bank in the morning to cancell all transactions from his card,the £110 came out of his account the day after he ordered,hopefully if this is a scam it will help anyone else buying from this site.discountfitnessstore.co.uk

yes, he sent an email yesterday but still no reply, the email address is direct to the company it is a gmail account...i find this strange.. also the postal address for returns etc is a PO BOX address...is there any advice on this please?

It may just be a disorganised seller or possibly a slow courier ?

How about ringing the trading standards dept nearest the seller
Ask if they are aware of any complaints ?
If it is a wide spread scam they may of had some complaints by now ?

They cant refund you but you will bring them to there attention

There is a mailing address, so why not send them some snail mail by recorded delivery...

I suggest you contact the bank and request a refund for goods not received. In future may I suggest you use a credit card for on line payments.

If payment was by debit card, then I don' think I charge-back is possible, is it?
