Kitbag - excellent service

Hi all,
I recently placed an order with Kitbag online for a pair of football boots, this was a first order so I didn't know what to expect. I was a bit concerned about the delivery as they were for a birthday gift so I called into the customer services line, I found the customer services agent to be very polite, confident and she reassured me 100%, infact I placed the order over the phone with her. I placed it on the 30th March and low and behold it was delivered on the 1st April.
Excellent service!!!!
