No need for that attitude. I have found him far more reliable and trustworthy than the two English builders I have had round here. He does a good job and that is why I use him.

Yes, agree with roses.

I have used very good Polish builders in the past, and will do so again. I've been quoted £100 - £120 a day + materials, and I know his work is good, timekeeping is excellent and leaves the room nice and clean when he finishes.

Have used English builders in the past, and most times have been very unlucky - price always goes up, job always takes longer than quoted, mainly because they only spend 3 hours a day at mine, then off somewhere else.

The one English builder and the one English plumber I've used that were simply excellent are booked up for months ahead, so I could not use them, even if i wanted to.
