Ulster Bank e Savings Plus Acoount

Hi
I have been looking for weeks now to find a good instant access savings account that pays monthly interest. On this site they say Ulster Bank is paying the best rates at the moment (3.46%).
This seems to be a good rate however i don't seem to be able to find any reviews or other people talking about the Ulster Bank, so can anyone help with some advice about this bank. It would be appreciated.
