Sorry, I thought we were supposed to be taking about CABLE CUSTOMERS on this thread. Certain NTL customers have free local calls (now the most basic "standard" tariff for new subscribers) which includes free local off peak calls, so for anyone who lives in the 020 area, the teletop access code will be included.
TopUpNow is generally more expensive per minute but can be better value for any cable customers without inclusive landline minutes as it operates via 0808 access.0
