problem with online purchase

Hello,
I just wanted to ask for some advice regarding an online purchase that seems to have gone slightly wrong.
I ordered a motherboard (computer part) from a company called Mini-ITX at the cost of about £130.
A couple of days after the order was place I received an email from them saying that they'd accidentally sent me the wrong item. I didn't even see the incorrect item - the courier tried to deliver it a couple of times, and then returned it to the company. I emailed them to let them know that the courier was returning the item and they were okay with this. It was returned to Mini-ITX on 25th Feb and signed for by them according to the tracking website.
I've not received any response from the company since; no refund and no replacement motherboard. I've emailed them several times.
What should my next step be? The small claims court seems to be an option, but I just wanted to check if anyone knows of any legal services that are able to help consumers deal with these kind of issues?
Thanks for your help, hopefully I can get my money back from this terrible company.

They don't list a phone number.0 -
Ah, I see your problem.
Best I could find was a fax number: 070 0596 3903Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!

Got this from a whois search which lists the phone and the fax with the same number.
