I got a voucher for a free sitting and 8x10 print last year. I took my daughter along and chose the picture I wanted. I only wanted the free one as I found the packages quite expensive but you get to choose which pose you want.

About a month later I got my delivery except it wasn't my daughter. It was someone elses picture and when I phoned them the only one they could find with my daughter was not a particularly good one. I got it free anyway and got a voucher for a free 14x11 as way of an apology.

The expiry date on that was September this year so took her along again and this time I got a beautiful picture (the one I wanted) for free.

We had the watch me grow plan last year with our newborn, 4 photos over the year for £20 , they do have regular special offer packs which are good value but its worth haggling you can easily get an extra 10%-15% off the package prices 8)

We dont get phone calls and only got one flyer sent to us the other day
