cheap multi compost???

Did get 300L for £10 from B&Q few weeks back, in need of some more now and can't find anything. Does anyone know of any offers?:beer:
(B&Q have dropped there bags to 125L and no offer :mad: )

Got x3 bags of Levington for the price of 2 yesterday (I think they were around £6.89ish each) waited till Wednesday as himself gets an extra old git discount!! : )

I went into wyvale and they were selling the open bag compost. It had everything in it. For half price. They had all the best makes as well

I bought some B&Q compost the other day and it is truly awful - it's obviously been extensively bulked with something (coconut fibre?) it looks like that stuffing you get for old fashioned upholstering.

If you join the Wyevale Gardening Club,, they will sell you four 70litre bags of J Arthur Bowers multipurpose for the price of three (£12).

I got a leaflet from Homebase in the post this week. They are doing 4 for price of 3 on their multipurpose and tomorrow and Saturday there's 15% off everything. I think it's £4.49 full price for 60L so today 4 bags would cost £13.47 but tomorrow and Saturday they'll cost £11.45 (at least I think I've counted right, I should be in bed)

i was on the homebase website and i was looking for some compost and according to their online stock check, out of the 4 stores within 20 miles of me none of them have ANY compost !?!

think i'll go in there anyway, i'm sure they must have some !!

Why don't you ring the store and check before you go? I tend to do that if I'm unsure about stock and it's a bit of a distance away. Sometimes they'll even hold things until I get there if I ask nicely. :T

Who is doing Levington 3 for 2 please? I've always found it's the best multi purpose compost but the prices seem to have shot up this year (and for smaller bags). Thank you.
