Bloody heck!! Does anyone have a Samsung G600?

I have spent all morning trying to move photos from my phone to my PC.

Have downloaded PC Studio 3, tried to use the cd provided, connected using USB, tried via bluetooth... everything...

It just won't connect and when I try to get files it says there is nothing on my phone!

Anyone at all can help? I've rung the service desk but they weren't really any help. Couldn't really understand the guy and proabably vice versar...

anyway, really need to get some photos tansferred but going insane...

any help greatly appreciated!

Does it have a removable memory card which you could put into a card reader? If you have one that is??

when you bluetooth are both devices visible to each other... also on my samsung i had to make my photos visible to bluetooth devices.

Have you tried doing it this way?

connect via USB (wait a few seconds)
Go to my computer and see if it comes up as a removeable drive

If it does then you can just drag and drop from PC to phone and vice versa

i hate to say this, but the only way i can get photos off my G600 is to send them to my daughter and she then loads them to the Pc via bluetooth or the samsung studio thing. We just cant make it work with my phone at all, i have tried lots and lots of solutions found on various websites and it seems to be a known issue that is difficult to resolve.

Any way the main bit of advice the sites had was to remove samsung studio and then reinstall and then make sure it is updates (i found loads) you should then be able to use it (i can't but you might)
