Cheers Mr K and Froglet... I just shifted the money out manually via online banking (hence, before they could convert it to Flexible Saver), and got them to open a new Regular Saver immediately via their web chat feature.

In my case, however, the standing order had already been cancelled, so I didn't have to do it manually.

    Thanx again!!!

Anyone have one mature recently, and know if this still works? I've been told that conversion to a Flexible Saver takes 5 working days from maturity, whereas I need the money on the maturity date.

Call up and ask for an inter-account transfer from your regular saver to your savings account. I did that because I didn't want to wait the 5 days.

Well, last year I was able to do the transfer myself (via online banking) on maturity date. If I don't see that option, then I'll definitely give them a call and get them to do it.

My account vanished on maturity date, so I couldn't do it myself. Was a little worrying to see £3,000 vanish!

Yet again, I was able to successfully transfer the entire sum (inc. interest) via online banking from my regular saver to my current account. The regular saver "matured" overnight, but had not disappeared from my list of accounts as at this morning (though might do shortly even with the remaining zero balance).

    Thats about 100% compounded.
