All,
A little bit of advise, i have been reading through as much as I can to try and find out if I can claim FHS and it seems as I do qualify from what I have read.
A little bit about me, I am currently living in Australia I came out here to try and get work after loosing my job in the UK, i managed to get work but it was only for a few months.
At the moment I have no income, i am currently living with a friend over here, I have debts back home, credit cards, loans, other payments that I cannot pay, I am also overdrawn and Natwest are charging me again, I am owed about 5000k in bank charges and I need this to get myself back on my feet. My family cannot help me as they do not have enough money.
So I downloaded a template and have wrote a letter to Natwest today, explaining all my situation, I am not sure of the response time if anyone can help with that, I sent it to my local branch I am not sure this was correct either, hope it goes to the right person.
Can anyone give me any advice of what to do and time scale, as I am a bit desperate.
Thanks all, this site has been a great help.
James
